How many Traffic cones can a student nick in one bootload?

Instructions

To use this applet, first enter the volume of the car's boot in cm^3 (be realistic if you want it to return a proper result), then the height of the traffic cone in centimetres and the radius of the base of the cone, also in centimetres. When these values are entered correctly, click the "Enter Dimensions" button. The values appear on the screen and also a text box telling you the next instruction.

Watch out for police though cos stealing cones is illegal!!
